Business Development Manager

BOC Group Inc. is looking for 2 full-time Business Development Manager to identify new business & home financing opportunities. This position will be working directly with our Managing Director. It is designed to help individuals gain experience in both business and home financing industry, and business development skills.

Responsibilities:

Leverage existing leads and develop new opportunities
Identify new business and build relationships

Requirements:

Fast learner and self-motivated
Responsible and dependable
Willing and able to start a conversation with anyone
Ability to multi-task, and good time management
1+ year sales related experience

Compensation:

Fully commissioned in the first 3-month, then a base will kick in based on performance. First year earning should be $60,000 to $80,000, second year $100,000+

Marketing intern

 

BOC Group Inc. is looking for 2 part-time Marketing Intern. The Intern’s main responsibilities is to promote company’s services, including market research and advertising, and assist in office general duties. The part-time position can turn into Office Manager or related position based on performance and productivity.

Responsibilities:
Assist in building the company’s image
Initiate marketing campaigns (emails, seminars, events etc.)
Enhance and maintain company website and social media outlets
Special assignments as needed

Requirements:
Strong communication and computer skills
Self-starter and can do attitude

Compensation:
This is an unpaid position but possible stipend. This is a position to help build your transferable skills.
