Job Title: Business Finance Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Finance Consultant at BOC Group in New York, with
flexibility to work remotely. You can live anywhere in the USA, and we can still partner up and deploy
capital to the local community to secure homeownerships and working capital for businesses.

A great opportunity to learn not only about the financial industry, but some practical ways of
helping business owners, homebuyers, and property investors to secure financing that they
wouldn’t normally qualify from a traditional bank.

Training available:

We will not only tell you what to do but we will do it with you together until you’re
capable of being on your own. Once you’re established yourself as a trusted business finance
consultant, you don’t have to sale. Clients will come to you for our services.

Activities involved but not limited to the following:

1. Attend various events to build yourself up as a trusted business finance consultant
2. Develop a network of COIs and clients to work with you
3. Market on the move – visiting clients & prospects
4. Cold and warm calls to prospect

Our firm provides all the support, you focus on identifying the client with the needs for financing.

Qualifications
 Strong communication and interpersonal skill
 Comfortable in asking difficult questions
 Ability to walk up to anyone and start a conversation
 Background in sales or business development a plus but not necessary
 Attention to details and coachable
 Ability to listen and read between the lines

No salary / base. This is a commission-based opportunity. 50/50 split. A deal can be a few thousand in commission
to $20,000+. 50% of what our firm collects from clients goes to you. Quarterly, annual bonus &
vacation package paid – performance-based

1st year annual income potential = $60,000 to $120,000+
2nd year annual income potential = $80,000 to $150,000+

A new business finance consultant needs to be comfortable with no income for the first 3 months.

 

20% REFERRAL PARTNER PROGRAM

For Example: a deal funded with $5000 fee to our firm. $5000 X 20% = $1000 Goes to our Referral Partner

Our Financing Programs:

1. Business Line of Credit / Term Loan: no need to show profit in order to
qualify

2. Home Equity Line of Credit: for both primary home and investment
property; no income tax returns needed

3. Bridge Loan: no bank points or experience necessary

4. No income tax return mortgage: no income tax return needed for a
30 years mortgage

5. No min FICO or debt service mortgage: don't need a high credit score
and your investment property can be vacant to qualify

6. 2nd Mortgage: get some cash out of your property without having to
touch your 1st mortgage
